An education rooted in anatomy, ethics and quiet mastery.
LVATE Academy grew out of a decade of research and teaching by Dr. Dr. Konstantin Frank — whose work has shaped the modern understanding of facial anatomy.
We teach physicians already practising in aesthetic medicine, and those just beginning. The curriculum is progressive: from first principles of the face, through the confident placement of a first syringe, to the advanced, layered techniques that separate a careful practitioner from an exceptional one.
The focus is optimization, not transformation. We believe good aesthetic medicine begins with respect — for the face in front of you, for the science behind it, and for the time it takes to learn both.

Every course begins with structure. Anatomy ground clinical decision – making in what is actually there.

Maximum of eight participants per course. Direct supervision, direct feedback, and enough time to practise every technique more than once.

Educational Director LVATE Academy
Dr. Dr. Konstantin Frank is a board-certified plastic surgeon and one of the leading educators in aesthetic medicine internationally. Based in Munich, he combines an active clinical practice with an extensive academic profile, having authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and delivered more than 450 invited lectures at congresses and training events worldwide. Widely regarded as a leading anatomist of the face, his work focuses on the translation of layered anatomical understanding into safe, reproducible injection and surgical techniques. Through LVATE Academy and his collaborations with internationally renowned faculty, Dr. Frank continues to shape the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.

PD Dr. med. Nicholas Moellhoff
Scientific Director LVATE Academy
PD Dr. Nicholas Moellhoff is a board-certified plastic and aesthetic surgeon at the Division of Hand, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, LMU University Hospital Munich. His habilitation and clinical work are underpinned by an extensive research portfolio of more than 150 peer-reviewed publications and contributions to internationally recognised consensus papers on facial anatomy, injection safety, and minimally invasive rejuvenation. He is widely recognised for his research on facial biomechanics, vascular safe zones, and anthropometric approaches to treatment, bridging reconstructive and aesthetic surgery with translational anatomy. Dr. Moellhoff is a sought-after faculty member at international congresses and a trusted educator of surgical trainees.

In 3 Jahren Designarbeit habe ich mit ganz unterschiedlichen Teams und Projekten zusammengearbeitet, von großen Marken bis zu kleinen. Ich habe mit Menschen mit den verschiedensten Herangehensweisen gearbeitet. Und ganz ehrlich: Ich habe auf dem Weg auch Fehler gemacht.

Präsenz
Du kannst keine gute Arbeit leisten, ohne engagiert zu bleiben. Präsenz ist nicht optional, sie ist erforderlich.
Verantwortung
Fehler sind normal. Nicht normal ist es, sie nicht anzuerkennen und nicht anzugehen.
Inhalt
Design ist nicht nur, wie eine Website aussieht. Es ist auch das, was sie sagt und tut.
Iteration
Wir können nicht sofort ein perfektes Ergebnis erreichen. Aber wir können uns ihm Schritt für Schritt nähern.
Offenheit
Ich spreche ehrlich, auch wenn es unangenehm ist. Es ist besser, ein Problem jetzt zu kennen als später.
Struktur
Starkes Design basiert immer auf klarer Logik und Hierarchie, nicht nur auf Schönheit.
